1. Service Agreement

When you rent a dumpster from Southeastern Dumpsters LLC, you agree to use it responsibly and follow all applicable laws and guidelines.

2. Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. Failure to pay may result in cancellation or additional fees.

3. Dumpster Use Rules

Do not overload the dumpster above the fill line.

No hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, asbestos, etc.) are permitted.

The customer is responsible for any damage to the dumpster while on their property.

4. Delivery & Pickup

We make every effort to deliver and pick up on time. However, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or other factors.

5. Liability

Southeastern Dumpsters LLC is not responsible for property damage resulting from customer instructions regarding dumpster placement.

6. Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may incur a fee.
